Chauffeurs World Private Limited answers every enquiry itself. There is no wrong way to start a conversation with us. Some clients arrive knowing the exact journey they need next Tuesday; others are working out whether an ongoing arrangement makes sense for a household or a board. Both are welcome, and both are answered by the person who would actually arrange the travel rather than by someone whose job is to pass you on.

If you know the route and roughly when, the booking form is the quickest way through and takes a couple of minutes. It is a request rather than an instant confirmation — a named person checks it against real chauffeur and vehicle availability before committing us to it.
For arrangements that do not fit a form: travel across several parts of the country, guests who need protection, standing arrangements for a household, or anything you would rather discuss before putting in writing.
Company accounts, travel policy applied at the point of booking, consolidated billing and a clear record of every journey for your finance and risk teams. Tell us roughly how many people travel and where.
Missions, delegations and official visits, including movements that run alongside your own security team. We take direction from the people already coordinating rather than writing a parallel plan.
Enquiries from journalists, editors and publishers are handled separately, and we will say plainly what we can and cannot discuss about the people we carry.

A named person answers every enquiry, and we will tell you when to expect a substantive reply rather than leave you waiting on an acknowledgement. Anything time-critical should go to the Private Office, which is the faster route.
Yes, and a great deal of our work is booked by assistants, private offices and travel managers on behalf of someone else. Tell us who is travelling and how they should be met, and we will confirm the arrangement back to you rather than to them if you would prefer.
No. Many clients begin with a single journey and never open an account at all. If a standing arrangement would suit you better we will say so, rather than leaving you to book the same journey twenty times.
It is held in the region it came from, visible only to the people arranging your travel, and every access to it is recorded. You can ask us to delete it at any point and the deletion reaches our backups rather than only the live system.
