Most companies send whichever driver happens to be free. We choose your chauffeur in advance and brief them before the day, so they already know your route, your timings and how you prefer to travel. It should feel like being collected by someone who knows you, not by a stranger with an app.
The point is not that the car arrives. It is that you never had to wonder whether it would.
The Back Of The Car Is Yours
Most of an executive day is spent in rooms where somebody else sets the terms. The car should not be another one. Your chauffeur greets you, confirms the route once and then leaves you to it, so the journey between two meetings becomes the part of the day you can actually use — to read, to take a call you would rather not take in a lobby, or to sit in silence before the next thing starts.

We Do Not Push Driving Hours
A tired chauffeur is a safety risk, so we hold firm limits on driving hours. If a journey cannot be covered safely, we will tell you rather than stretch someone too far.

Can I Request A Specific Chauffeur?
Yes, whenever they are available. For regular journeys we can also arrange a familiar chauffeur, so you have continuity from one trip to the next.
How Far Ahead Should I Book?
Whenever possible, we recommend booking in advance. This gives us more time to arrange the right chauffeur and vehicle for your journey. Same-day bookings may also be possible, depending on availability.
What Happens If My Plans Change?
If your plans change, simply contact us and we will take care of the arrangements, whether that is a new time, a different address, or an extra stop along the way.
Will My Chauffeur Wait If I Am Running Late?
Yes. We build waiting time into every booking. For an airport collection, give us the flight number when you book and tell us if your plans change, so the arrangements can be adjusted around your arrival.
