Terminal 2
A modern international gateway with a dedicated arrivals experience. Your chauffeur collection is arranged around your confirmed arrival details and agreed meeting point.
Heathrow · London
Heathrow is where many London journeys begin. From the moment your aircraft lands, we take care of the road journey ahead — coordinating the collection around your arrival, the right terminal and your onward destination.
Whether you are travelling into central London, heading to a hotel, residence, meeting or another part of the United Kingdom, your chauffeur and vehicle are arranged in advance so that the transition from air to road feels calm, seamless and well considered.

Arrival
For many passengers, Heathrow is not the final destination but the beginning of a wider London or UK itinerary. A client may be travelling directly to a Mayfair hotel, a private residence, corporate offices in the City, a meeting in Canary Wharf, an event at Wembley or Twickenham, or onward to another part of the country.
Heathrow has four passenger terminals, and each arrival has its own collection arrangements. We plan the chauffeur journey around the relevant terminal, your arrival details and your onward destination, helping the transition from aircraft to road feel straightforward from the outset.

Heathrow's flagship terminal and a major gateway for international travel. Your chauffeur service is planned around the terminal, arrival time and onward destination.
Collection
After a long flight, the road journey should feel simple. Your chauffeur is prepared around the journey you have arranged, with the vehicle selected to suit your passengers, luggage and onward plans.
The emphasis is on a calm transition from the airport to the next destination, whether that means central London, a private residence, a hotel or a longer journey beyond the capital.
The classes themselves — saloon, SUV, people carrier and the rest — are described on the chauffeur fleet pages, so the choice can be settled before the flight rather than at the terminal kerb.

Onward to London
From Heathrow, journeys can continue towards some of London's most important business, residential, cultural and sporting destinations. Mayfair and Knightsbridge are natural choices for private clients and hotel stays, while the City and Canary Wharf remain important destinations for executives and corporate travellers.
For leisure journeys, Heathrow provides a convenient starting point for London's historic districts, royal attractions, shopping streets and cultural landmarks. Wembley and Twickenham also make the airport an important arrival point for clients travelling to major sporting and entertainment events.
The journey does not end at the terminal. Once your arrival is complete, your chauffeur takes care of the road journey ahead, allowing you to settle in and continue towards your hotel, residence, meeting or event.
For many clients, Heathrow is simply the first stage of a wider itinerary. The same attention to detail continues as the journey moves into London or onwards across the UK.

Heathrow provides convenient access to London hotels, private residences and longer stays across the capital.
The airport connects naturally with the City, Canary Wharf, Mayfair and other major business districts, making it an important arrival point for executives, corporate travellers and visiting teams.
Wembley Stadium and Twickenham Stadium are important destinations for major sporting fixtures and events, while London's wider calendar brings visitors to theatres, cultural venues and private functions throughout the year.
For private clients and families, Heathrow provides a practical starting point for London's historic districts, royal attractions, shopping streets, museums, galleries and bespoke sightseeing itineraries.
Heathrow itself has major terminal-connected accommodation, including Aerotel, Hilton at Terminal 4 and Sofitel at Terminal 5, making the airport particularly practical for early departures, late arrivals and overnight connections.
Heathrow serves a remarkably broad range of travellers. International executives and corporate travellers may arrive for meetings across London, while private families and HNWIs or UHNWIs may be continuing to a residence, hotel or wider UK itinerary.
The airport is also an important arrival point for diplomatic and corporate delegations, visiting principals, VIP guests and international visitors whose ground transportation needs to be organised carefully around the rest of their schedule.
For many passengers, Heathrow is the first step in a wider journey. Road connections provide direct access towards central London and destinations across the UK, while Heathrow Express provides a direct rail connection between the airport and Paddington.
The chauffeur journey remains particularly useful when the final destination is a hotel, residence, meeting, event or another location where a direct door-to-door journey is preferred.

Common questions
Your chauffeur is arranged before the day and the collection point is agreed in advance. Heathrow's terminals each handle arrivals differently, so the meeting arrangement is confirmed for your terminal rather than assumed, and you are told where to go before you travel.
Whichever one you are arriving into. Heathrow operates Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5, and the arrangements are not identical between them. Give us the terminal when you book and the collection point is confirmed with you in writing.
Either, where the terminal permits it. A chauffeur can meet you inside arrivals, which suits a first visit or a journey with luggage, or hold the car kerbside if you would rather not be met in public. Tell us which you prefer when booking.
We do not monitor flights automatically, so the practical answer is to give us accurate flight details when you book and to let your contact know if your plans change. The collection can then be re-arranged around your arrival. Waiting time is built into every booking, so a normal delay clearing the terminal is already accounted for.
It depends far more on the time of day than on the distance, and we would rather plan a realistic journey than quote an optimistic one. Tell us where you are going and when you need to be there, and the timing is worked out around it.
Yes. Journeys run from Heathrow to Windsor, Oxford, the Cotswolds and destinations across the UK, subject to availability. Mention the full shape of the day when you book rather than only the first leg.
