One named contact for the arrangements that do not fit a booking form.
Some requests do not fit neatly into a booking form: travel across several parts of the country, guests who need protection, or an ongoing arrangement for a household or a business. The Private Office is where those are handled. One person, reachable directly, who takes the whole arrangement rather than the first journey in it.
You are given a named contact who holds your arrangements and can change them. You do not re-explain yourself to whoever picks up, and you are not handed between departments. When they are unavailable, the person covering has already been briefed on your account rather than reading it for the first time while you wait.
Travel does not keep office hours, and an arrangement that changes at eleven at night still has to be handled. A request reaches a person who can act on it rather than an inbox that is read the next morning. We will tell you when to expect an answer rather than leave you guessing.
An itinerary that crosses counties, dates and vehicles is planned as one arrangement rather than as a stack of separate bookings that happen to share a name. One person holds the whole schedule, which is what makes a change on Tuesday land correctly on Thursday.
Where there is a security team, a private office, an executive assistant or a travel manager already in place, we work to their plan rather than around it. We are comfortable being the part of the arrangement that nobody has to think about.
Recurring journeys, a car held for a guest, regular airport work for a company — set up once, with the same small group of chauffeurs, and then left to run. Most of the value is in not having to raise it again.
Nothing about your arrangements is discussed outside the people delivering them. Your details are masked where the journey does not require them, and there is no part of this service where being recognised is the point.
Questions answered plainly
Anyone whose arrangement is ongoing, crosses more than one city, involves guests or protection, or is simply easier to describe in a sentence than to enter into a form. If you are unsure, start here — a single journey is easy for us to move to the booking flow, and a complex one is painful to unpick from it.
No. Many conversations begin before there is any account at all, and plenty conclude with a single journey. If a standing arrangement follows, we will set the account up around what you actually need rather than ask you to fit an existing one.
Yes, and it is common. Tell us who is coordinating and we will take direction from them on routing, timing and arrival procedure. We do not write a parallel plan and hope the two agree.
It is held in your own region, visible only to the people arranging your travel, and every access to it is recorded. You can ask us to delete it at any point, and deletion reaches our backups rather than only the live system.
