Become A Chauffeur

This is a profession, not a driving job: hard to get into, with real progression, and proper protection of your hours and your standing.

Driving for us means getting through a selection process that most applicants do not finish. We are looking for good judgement, real discretion, and the kind of smooth, unhurried driving that is difficult to teach. In return we hold firm limits on your driving hours, pass every tip to you in full, and give you a clear route up through our clearance levels.

What This Involves

A Genuine Selection Process

Background checks, references taken by phone, a driving assessment and a probation lasting months. It is hard on purpose.

Room To Progress

You can work up through our three levels of clearance, with additional training in protocol and working alongside security teams as you go.

Your Hours Are Protected

Tiredness is a safety issue. We hold you to driving-hour limits rather than pushing you past them, and we turn down work that would break them.

Tips Are Yours In Full

Whatever a client gives you is yours. We do not take a share of it.

Questions answered plainly

Frequently Asked

What Disqualifies An Applicant?

Anything on your record you did not tell us about, an unsafe driving assessment, or any sign that you cannot be relied on to keep things to yourself. We would rather turn someone down than take a chance with a client.

Do I Need Prior Chauffeur Experience?

Not necessarily. We hire from close protection, hospitality and professional driving. The things we cannot teach are good judgement and a naturally smooth driving style.

How Long Is Probation?

Three months. Long enough to see how someone actually works once the training is over.
